American BBQ Buffet
At Gordo's we use actual choice cuts of meat steaks for all our meats, we marinade them with only the finest ingredients, wood smoke and wood fire grill or sear them to perfection. We use a very intensive and intricate process when it comes to creating the ultimate BBQ experience. Your getting the highest possible product out there. Everyone at your event will be thrilled that you chose us. Our flavors are a delightful blend of your favorite authentic American BBQ favorites, crafted from the best ingredients we've sourced from around the world.
Pricing
Starting price $16 per person (not per plate).
Chose 2 entrees, 2 sides and one type of bread.
$1 extra per person for every side and entree.

You can use the menu below for your platter choices.
Food is served buffet style. Additional charges may apply for changes on your order. Tax included in the price. 15% gratuity not included in the pricing. Full service serving is extra. We only bring 5% extra food for your event. If you think more guests will show please be sure to order enough food. We service anywhere in Southern California. No fuel/trip charge if within 5 miles of Azusa. After that it's $1 per mile round trip.
There's a 50 person minimum or $800 minimum charge if less. In most cases if it's a lot less than 50 we can to to do less than the minimum charge. Contact us to find out.

1. 2 hours of buffet style serving ($20 each additional half hour)
2. Heavy duty disposable plates, dinner napkins, and heavy duty forks
3. Table(s) with cloth black linens for the food only
4. Food warmers/serving dishes
5. House made BBQ sauce and horseradish
6. Choose 1 fresh made bread (Cornbread, White Bread, buttermilk biscuits, Hawaiian sweet rolls)
7. Choose 2 Classic Sides ( Pasta salad, Potato Salad, potato salad with egg Coleslaw (creamy or vinegar-based).
Beans: BBQ Baked Beans (sweet & smoky). Cowboy beans, deviled eggs ($1 extra per person), watermelon salad with feta and mint, cucumber salad with onion tomato and vinegar dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives (add bacon and cheese for $1 extra per person), corn on the Cob ($1 extra per person), green beans, grilled vegetables, Mac and cheese, baked Mac and cheese)
8. Choose 2 Entrees (Beef brisket, beef ribs, baby back pork ribs, bbq chicken leg quarters,BBQ legs or thighs, pulled pork spare ribs, burgers, smoked sausage, bbq pit hot dogs. )

9. Choose your sauces (Kansas City: Thick, sweet, tomato-based sauce. Memphis: Dry-rubbed or sauced ribs, for pork shoulder. Carolina: Vinegar-based (Eastern) or mustard-based (South Carolina) sauces, for pulled pork. Alabama: Tangy white sauce (mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper) for chicken. Texas: Beef-focused (brisket), often with simple spice rubs.
- Desserts (Banana Pudding, Fruit Cobblers & Crisps: Peach, apple, and berry cobblers are very common, providing a warm, fruity contrast to savory BBQ, Vanilla ice cream, Texas Sheet Cake: A large, thin chocolate cake baked in a sheet pan, known for its easy preparation and ability to feed a crowd, Pre-made s'mores bars, Pies: apple pie, key lime pie, and blueberry, Chocolate chip cookies, brownies, lemon bars, and Rice Krispie Treats, Strawberry Shortcake.
