American Breakfast Buffet
At Gordo's, we use only the finest Chef made ingredients and one of a kind authentic American favorites. Our meticulous process ensures that you and your guests have the ultimate American Breakfast dining experience. Everyone at your event will be thrilled that you chose us. Our flavors are a delightful blend of your favorite authentic American dishes, crafted from the best ingredients we've sourced from around the world.
Pricing
$13 per person
Food is served buffet style. Additional charges may apply for changes on your order. Tax included in the price. 15% gratuity not included in the pricing. Full service serving is extra. We only bring 5% extra food for your event. If you think more guests will show please be sure to order enough food. We service anywhere in Southern California. No fuel/trip charge if within 5 miles of Azusa. After that it's $1 per mile round trip.
There's a 50 person minimum or $650 if less than 50.

- Sides ( Refried beans, Mexican rice, Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Sausage, 2 eggs over medium/hard
- Entrees (Huevos rancheros (2 eggs, bell peppers, onion, tomato sliced and cooked in a mild tomato sauce), Chilaquiles red or green. Chips cooked in mild sauce, jack or queso fresco, red onions, cilantro. Sour cream $1 extra, Steak picado (fajita style steak with bell peppers, tomato, onion, jalapeños in a mild red sauce), Chile rojo (Fajita style steak in red sauce), Chile rojo or verde (pork in green or red salsa), Chicharron with red or green salsa (pork rinds),Potatoes with chorizo (pork or beef chorizo), Machaca with egg (shredded beef), Discada (Potatoes with chorizo, ham, bacon, wiener, onion and tomato)Carne asada (marinated and grilled skirt steak) ($2 extra)
